London, March 01: David Arquette is unable to move his right eyebrow after undergoing surgery to remove a benign tumour.

The actor recently dismissed reports that he had cosmetic surgery after he was spotted with a black eye.

At the time, he also declined to comment on the surgery.

However, now Arquette has revealed that doctors had to remove an osteoma, a bone tumour.

The treatment has left Arquette’s eyebrow temporarily paralysed.

"I had an osteoma, I think it`s called, so they took it out. I can`t move my eyebrow yet,” the Daily Express quoted US talk show host Ellen DeGeneres.

"Its getting better, much better, but most of my friends are like, ``You used to move your eyebrows too much anyway.`` No more James Dean cool guy stuff," he added.
