London, March 15: Wrestler-turned-actor Dwayne `The Rock` Johnson has a tough guy image. But he has confessed he is scared of rollercoasters.
‘The Scorpion King’ star admits he hates feeling trapped, and strapping into a nerve-wracking thrill ride leaves him on the verge of hyperventilating, reports an entertainment website."It`s not a fear of rollercoasters, it`s a fear of getting strapped in, especially the bars. I attempted to (go on a rollercoaster once), but the moment the bars clamp down and I feel it on my chest, that`s the moment I can`t breathe," he said.
Johnson was forced to talk his way out of a group ride during a recent trip to Disneyland in California with his ‘Race to Witch Mountain’ cast and crew.
"It`s funny because we all took a big trip to Disney before we shot the film... We were walking around the rides and we had a tour guide with us, and I pulled the guide to one side and was like, `What kind of ride is this?` and he was like, `Oh its great, it`s gonna go up and down and around`, and I was like, `Oh ok, I think I`ll stay here`," he said.
