Pop diva Britney Spears is so obsessed with her looks that she doesn’t even workout without her make up.

The ‘Toxic’ singer was seen all decked up running on a treadmill and doing crunches at the Mondrian Hotel in Hollywood along with her mother, who used dumbbells, reports the New York Post.

According to a witness, Spears worked up such a sweat, "she looked like Heath Ledger as the Joker".

The 28-year-old beauty has also changed her blonde hair into brunette.

She tried to sneak into the hotel unnoticed, but unfortunately even with her new hair colour she was easily recognized.

Britney Spears planning her first Australian tour

Melbourne, March 22: Pop star Britney Spears is planning to make her first Australian tour.

The singer is talks with leading concert promoters, and tour dates are expected to be scheduled for later this year.

"All the promoters are vying for it, but the bottom line is she really wants to come here and she really wants to come here this year," a website quoted Sony Australia boss Denis Handlin, as saying.

Handlin spoke to Barry Weiss, the head of Spears`` American record label, last week about the tour.

"I think the promoters are battling it out at the moment," he said.

Frontier Touring`s Michael Gudinski confirmed he was in negotiations with Spears`` management.

Gudinski said several promoters had been chasing the ‘Toxic’ hitmaker.

"I don`t expect anything will be worked out or finalised for a month, but we’re in there," he said.

London, March 10: Britney Spears had her fans listening to more than what she imagined after she had an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction – and announced it accidentally - during her comeback tour.

The pop princess exposed her naked crotch to the audience while performing her hit track “I`m A Slave 4 U” in Tampa, Florida on her ‘Circus’ tour.

And made her costume blunder public after assuming that the microphone was off as she was being lowered underneath the stage to switch outfits.

“My p**** was hanging out,” the Sun quoted as her saying, which sent the crowd into a laughter riot.

Britney has previously suffered a wardrobe malfunctions when her breasts almost burst out of her top at a concert in Atlanta.

Lindsay Lohan to rework Britney’s track in new album

New Delhi, March 09: Lindsay Lohan is all set to cover a track by none other than Britney Spears in her new album.

According to sources, the actress-cum-singer is currently working on her third album, and is looking forward to reworking one of the pop star``s biggest hits, reports the China Daily.

"Lindsay is on the Britney bandwagon. She is hoping to cover `Womanizer` or `Oops! ... I Did It Again,’” said a source.

Soon after Britney filed for divorce from Kevin Federline in 2006, the ‘Mean Girls’ star became good friends with the 27-year-old singer, and both of them were regularly seen partying together.

Lindsay`s latest record `Spirit in the Dark` is reportedly packed with guest appearances, including Ne-Yo, Akon, Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent, Kanye West and Timbaland.

My kids will be my side throughout tour, says Britney Spears

London, March 08: Britney Spears has dismissed speculation she will leave her children with ex-husband Kevin Federline while she thrills fans on her Circus world tour - insisting her two young sons will be with her all the way.

The `Toxic` superstar made her concert comeback in her home state of Louisiana Tuesday night and received a rousing reception from her first stadium audience in more than four years, reports contactmusic.com.

A statement on her website reads: "Contrary to rumours linked to false articles, Britney Spears` sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, will be joining her on the entire Circus tour and will be attending shows as planned.

"Britney`s family is a huge inspiration and she loves having them on the road with her."

K-Fed bans sons from watching Britney’s risque Circus show

London, Mar 06: Britney Spears’ ex-hubby Kevin Federline has banned their two sons from watching their mother’s risque Circus show, because he feels some parts of it are too raunchy for kids.

K-Fed, 30, saw the ‘Womaniser’ hitmaker in action during rehearsals and decided Sean Preston, three, and Jayden James, two, were a little too young for the saucy parts.

Thus, the 27-year-old star treated her sons to a kiddie-friendly run-through of her 90-minute show at the New Orleans Arena.

And after the show, Britney bid a tearful adieu to the boys, who later returned to K-Fed.

"It was great for Brit to have the children around,” The Mirror quoted a source as saying.

The source added: "There is so much riding on the tour that she had worked herself up and her nerves were getting to her."

"Seeing the boys before her big night helped to relax her. She let them see most of her numbers in rehearsals, but the really sexy ones she left until the late-night run throughs when they had gone home."

Britney Spears sets off on `Circus` tour with K-Fed and children

London, March 03: Singer Britney Spears has set off on her much awaited Circus tour and her entourage this time will include her two young sons and ex-husband Kevin Federeline.

Although K-Fed has primary custody of the couple`s sons Sean Preston and Jayden James, he has negotiated a deal with Britney to allow the boys to join her on tour.

The arrangement was worked out after Spears refused to go on tour without her two children.

Meanwhile, the 30-year-old aspiring rapper is being paid USD 5,000 a week to accompany his children, say reports.

During the US leg of her tour, 27-year-old Spears will have three bases at New Orleans, New Jersey and Los Angeles where the boys will stay while she travels to nearby venues. K-Fed will also have his own apartment at each base.

"They will be available in her life when she is done with the rigours of performing," K-Fed`s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan said.

"He is doing that because he wants her to be able to have the maximum positive environment around her to assure that the tour will be successful," said Kaplan.

While Spears took a private plane to the venue, 16 trucks had already set off from Los Angeles last week with the elaborate set for her Circus show.

Also joining her will be a team of dancers, circus performers and TV illusionist Ed Alonzo, who is rumoured to be`cutting` Britney in half on stage.

Spears had returned to performing in November last year, after two years during which she went through multiple meltdowns and had to undergo rehab.

During her tour of Europe and Japan to promote her album Circus in November the singer was criticised for her obvious lip syncing and lacklustre dancing.

The Toxic singer is therefore going great lengths to make sure that her tour.

The 44-date Circus tour runs for four months and covers the US, Canada and London, with plans to expand to the rest of Europe with six gigs in London`s O2 arena between 3-14 June.

Britney’s family thrilled about her ‘Circus’ tour

Washington, March 03: Pop star Britney Spears, who is all set to kick off her much-anticipated ‘Circus’ tour, has her family totally thrilled about it.

The ‘Hit Me Baby One More Time’ hitmaker, who had a public meltdown after she lost the custody of her kids, has terrifically bounced back with her hit album ‘Womanizer’.

The Spears’ family is overzealous about her forthcoming tour, and is there to lend support to the pop diva.

"I am so excited for her, and I wish I could be there," People magazine quoted Britney’s aunt Linda Ann Brandon-Kjos as saying.

"All the family is there and supporting her. I`m sure that she is going to be just fine. I think it is going to be something really special,” Linda added.

Britney has already arrived in New Orleans where her show will take place.

The entertainer is said to be working hard for the show, which will feature her old and new hits.

Although Britney seems to be all geared up about her tour, her family is worried and elated at the same time, as after her much-hyped meltdown, she has been burdened with a lot of expectations.

"[Her family] is worried that this might be too much pressure for her. Is it too soon? It wasn`t that long ago that she was falling apart and now the pressure is on and it`s a lot,” a family pal said.

"It`s hard because she is such a pleaser and has always worked hard. When she was younger, she was a perfectionist and went over and over things in her routines to get them just exactly right. She says she is ready, but who is she doing this for?" the pal added.

Meanwhile, the show is already getting the favored reaction with more and more fans buying the tickets.

"A lot of people got tickets really early," Travis Bergeron, a Britney fan, said.

"I`ve got seats on the eighth row right above floor level. One of my friends knew I was obsessed and got me tickets as a Christmas gift. I`m a huge, huge, huge Britney fan,” Bergeron added.

Britney to endorse Kiwi cocktail brand?

Wellington, March 01: Pop star Britney Spears has reportedly been approached by a New Zealand company to be the face of their new cocktail.

The local company is looking to launch a new cocktail worldwide, where they require an international face to give the launch a big impact, reports the NZPA.

Earlier, Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria was approached but she wasn`t available. Socialite Kim Kardashian was also in the running.

But was eliminated because her image was deemed "too trashy".

The company execs were also unsure about whether she actually drinks.

Ex-boyfriend still in touch with Britney despite court order

London, Feb 28: Pop star Britney Spears` former boyfriend Adnan Ghalib has been ignoring a restraining order on him and has been exchanging text messages with her, the star`s former manager Sam Lutfi said.

Britney`s father Jamie got a restraining order against Ghalib and Lutfi after he took charge of his daughter`s affairs, reported contactmusic.com

Lutfi has been accused of desperately trying to get in touch with Britney in the recent months.

"I did not initiate any direct communication with Britney Spears although I did receive text messages from her. All responses to those messages were conveyed to Britney through others, including Adnan Ghalib," said Lufti in his court declaration.
